DetailMaster provides automotive services, including detailing, window tinting, paint protection film (PPF) installation, ceramic coating, paint correction, auto repair, and more. These Terms apply to all services offered in-house, mobile, or online.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle.
Remove all personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Inspect your vehicle upon service completion and report any concerns immediately.
3. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including for vehicles deemed unsafe or unsuitable for certain services.
Estimated service timelines are approximate and subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.
Results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle and its maintenance history.
4. Payments and Refunds
Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Deposits for certain services (e.g., training courses) are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Refunds are only provided in cases where services are not delivered as agreed, at our sole discretion.
5. Warranties and Liability
Service Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a specified period depending on the service provided. Any issues must be reported within this warranty period.
Limited Liability: While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, DetailMaster is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or defects.
Normal wear and tear or aging of materials.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
6. Customer Conduct
We strive to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service and possible reporting to authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, logos, and content provided by DetailMaster remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Customers agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
